Crazy Planning

噚晚睇到Patrick剛收到嘅 Project Schedule. 第一次見到啲咁差嘅Plan, even it is Crazy Plan.

Many task is parallel, it is ok if have many resources, but this project, only 1 resources. How come "ONE" person can finish "Collect and Confirm all Requirement", "Design", "Implementation" in 11 days (saying over 23 features involved). And complete both "UAT the 23 features" and "bug fix, and enhancement" in 15 days.

只有一個人, 三頭六肩咩. 唔好講話比埋weekend 佢啦, 就算比埋 24 小時都做唔哂啦. 好明顯之前請唔到人, Schedule 遲咗, 要趕Schedule 而亂嚟啦...... 做完實得半條人命啦... 加上閉門係咁做, 平日無人同佢講嘢無得發揮, 對佢嚟講好痛苦, 都係蹤踴佢轉工 lu ...
